An enthusiastic and top performing management professional with exemplary experience in finance, film budgeting, event planning, sales and marketing, and social media, Rio Estep has been working steadily in the entertainment field for over twenty years. From corporate to development to contract negotiations to closing the deal, she has done it all.

On the opening team of Universal Studios Florida as just a teen, she quickly worked her way up to become one of the youngest event coordinators for the Universal Resort in Orlando. She oversaw the opening of Universal Studios Islands Of Adventure in 1999. Quickly established as the “go-to” line producer, she was promoted to Event Supervisor when Universal was acquired by NBC in 2004 and then Events Stage Manager. Her tenure at Universal saw her overseeing hundreds of various live and televised events including The Ellen Degenerese Show, Rising Star on ABC, and Halloween Horror Nights.

Working as the Sales Director at Compass Entertainment in Las Vegas she worked closely with staff writers and publishers and consistently demonstrated professional interpersonal skills with internal and external customers and guest.

In addition to demonstrative leadership she has a superior attention to detail, a broad based knowledge of industry trends with a concentrated focus on competitive media and marketing strategies and sound judgement.

She has engaged clientele from all over the world and has the rare distinction of working with and managing talent both in front of and behind the scenes and brings a wealth of experience to the table.
